MedoEase gives Indian families a single place to carry their health record — and gives the doctor treating them the context to act on it immediately.
Why we built this
In an emergency, the most useful thing a doctor can have is not a new test — it is the last one. Yet most people arrive at a hospital with nothing: no prescription list, no allergy history, no record of the surgery they had three years ago. Care starts from zero, and the cost of that is paid in time no one has.
MedoEase closes that gap with something that works without a login, a signal or a charged phone: a card. Tap it, and the treating doctor sees the medical history you have chosen to share. The rest of the platform — records, reminders, OPD booking, medicine delivery — exists so that history stays current without anyone having to maintain it by hand.

NFC health card
A tap-to-read card that carries your medical history — prescriptions, lab reports, allergies, chronic conditions — so any doctor can see the full picture in seconds, even when you cannot speak for yourself.
Patient app
Health records, medicine reminders, family profiles and appointment history in one place, on the phone you already carry.
OPD booking and clinic queues
Book appointments at partner clinics and watch your place in the queue from home instead of a waiting room.
Medicine delivery
Order against a valid prescription and have it dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner and delivered to your door.
What we are not
We think it matters to be precise about this, because health is a category where vague claims do real damage.
- We are not an insurer. The accident cover bundled with some cards is underwritten by IndusInd Insurance. MedoEase is the group master policyholder — we are not an insurance company or an insurance intermediary, and we do not settle claims.
- We are not a hospital or clinic. Consultations are provided by independent, registered medical practitioners who are responsible for their own clinical advice.
- We are not a pharmacy. Medicines are dispensed and delivered by licensed pharmacy partners against a valid prescription.
