1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MedoEase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

MedoEase is a healthcare application that lets patients store medical history, book appointments, manage clinic queues, share records via QR or the All-in-Tap Health Card, and access teleconsultations. Doctors and clinic staff use MedoEase to review patient histories (with patient consent) and coordinate care. MedoEase is a software service; it is not a substitute for in-person medical advice, diagnosis or treatment in an emergency — call your local emergency number when in doubt.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service through a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

5. Health Card, payments & insurance

Where you order a MedoEase All-in-Tap Health Card or a paid plan, payment is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant partners. Insurance benefits bundled with the card are underwritten by our insurance partner; coverage details, limits and exclusions are disclosed at point of sale and are governed by the underwriter's policy document.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of medical records, notes and other content you upload. You grant MedoEase a limited licence to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the service for you and the providers you authorise.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from in-app settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

MedoEase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Medical content surfaced inside the app is informational and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyLocum Solutions LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
