Delete your MedoEase account

You can also do this in the app: Profile → Delete account. This page is for when you can't use the app.

What gets erased

Your medical history, uploaded reports and prescriptions, reminders, activity and vitals, family links, blood requests, records fetched through ABHA, your WhatsApp link, and your community posts and messages. Doctors and clinics lose access to your records as soon as you confirm.

What we keep, and why

• Records your doctors wrote (prescriptions, consultation notes) are locked so no one, including the doctor, can open them in MedoEase, and are deleted after 3 years, as Indian medical-record rules require.
• Invoices and payment records, for tax law, without your health data.

When

Your account is locked straight away and erased 30 days later. Sign in to the app before then to cancel. Health Card subscriptions are cancelled straight away. If you're also a doctor or clinic on MedoEase, only your patient data is erased; your professional account stays.
